Stetson Summer Camps
Dive into a summer of unforgettable fun and learning at Stetson Academy's Summer Camp! This year, we're
rolling out an exhilarating lineup of adventures, experiments, games, and explorations designed to fill
your child's summer with excitement and discovery. Over three action-packed, one-week-long sessions in
June, campers will embark on unique journeys through a world of hands-on activities, learning
opportunities, and field trips that promise to ignite their imaginations and foster a love of learning.
Camp Overview
Our summer camp caters to children entering TK - 5th grade, offering a diverse array of activities that
blend academics with the joy of exploration and play. Each week, campers will delve into fascinating
subjects such as biology, geology, zoology, mechanics, and chemistry. Through themed projects,
activities, and experiments, students will not only learn but also apply their knowledge in creative
ways. From building and designing to solving puzzles and participating in challenges, our program is
crafted to meet all student levels, ensuring that every camper finds joy and fulfillment in their
accomplishments.
Junior Camp
Campers will be divided into two age groups to provide a tailored experience that suits their
developmental stage and interests. The junior camp, designed for youngsters 3 years 9 months to 5 years
9 months old, will remain on-site at Stetson Academy, engaging in a world of imagination and learning
without leaving the grounds. While the focus is on delivering an adventurous and fun experiences,
students will also engage in meaningful learning and practice foundational academic skills,
ensuring a blend of excitement and education.
Senior Camp
Meanwhile, the senior camp, for incoming 1st - 5th graders, will expand their horizons with two
exciting field trip excursions, adding an extra layer of adventure to their camp
experience. Each camp promises to be a memorable adventure, with outdoor games, water activities, and
team challenges that encourage camaraderie and fun.
A note about behavior
At Stetson Academy, we pride ourselves on maintaining a respectful, engaging, and safe environment for
all campers. High standards for student behavior are upheld to ensure a positive experience for
everyone. While we foster an atmosphere of fun and exploration, it's important that all campers
contribute to a cohesive camp environment. Students exhibiting defiant, destructive, or overly
disruptive behavior may be removed, without refund, from the program to preserve the quality of
the camp experience for their peers.
