Vaca Valley Bingo Volunteer Instructions

Text the Vacaville Bingo Scheduler, Karen, at 707-689-0087 and let her know your availability.

Arrive at Vaca Valley Bingo at the time of your shift and enter using the side Volunteer Entrance

At the volunteer sign in table you will locate the Stetson Academy folder Sign in with your name and the first and last name of the student you are working for.

Once you pass through the first doorway there will be another sign in located at the main counter Let the worker at this counter know it is your first time volunteering and they will let you know what to do next

You will receive a $7.50 dining credit each shift worked. When you're done, please ensure you sign out at both sign in locations

Sign out in both binders when you are done

We highly recommend keeping your own log of hours worked

Please be mindful that you are representing the Stetson Academy Parent Teacher Organization when working these events
Credits are processed at the end of each month and will be automatically applied to your account. Vacaville Bingo can take up to 6 weeks to credit the PTO, so please be patient. You will receive an email when the credit has been applied to your account. Credits are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and expire 1 year from their date of issue.
